A Catonsville Girl Scout troop is using newly acquired sewing skills to help others in need.
Toward the end of the previous school year, Troop 2188 made 15 stuffed animals to give to children in a homeless shelter.
The scouts plan to deliver the stuffed animals to Night of Peace Shelter in Windsor...
