After a 31-year career with the Baltimore County Police Department, Ofc. William Rubie has decided to retire.
Simply put, the 58-year-old police officer said it was time for him to relax.
His last day is Friday.
"My mind is writing checks my body can't cash," he said. "It's been a great ride."
