The grass-roots group advocating to save the former Catonsville Elementary School building on Frederick Road has a new ally: County Executive Kevin Kamenetz.
Kamenetz's chief of staff, Don Mohler, said the county executive has no plans to knock down the building, citing feedback from the community.
